Of course, we may have to deviate from the prices below depending on unexpected complexities. For example, a more rectangular foundation structure and a roof structure without many spires, hips, and valleys are considered within the scope of the typical service below. A modern house design fits well within the pricing below. If you want us to build a Gothic cathedral, we may have to deviate from the pricing listed!
